Study towards a related qualification, Apprenticeships take 1 to 2 years to complete depending on their level.
ABOUT YOURSELF
To start you'll need to be 16 or over, living in England and not in full-time education or have a degree.

ADVANCED AND HIGHER APPRENTICESHIPS


Applicants will be required to have Literacy and Numeracy to level 2 on which the apprenticeship should build, the applicant should have experience of supervising a team (2+), designing and organising work of a team and should have a keen interest in monitoring if the team is providing high standards of customer service. Apprentices must be aged 16 and upwards. The candidate would need to required to supervise staff and carry out complex and non routine tasks with full autonomy and responsibility.

INDUCTION
Induction will take approximately 2-3 hours and learners will need to complete Literacy and Numeracy Assessments.
DURATION
The Apprenticeship will take between 12-18 months.
COMPONENTS
The technical certificate, Functional skills, ERR Workbook & The vocational qualification.
