Job Overview 

The starting position in most kitchens is a Commis Chef, which is the most junior culinary role. Within this role students are required to prepare food and perform basic cooking tasks whilst being overlooked by a more senior chef. It is important to have the necessary basic skills and experience to begin this role, having the potential to progress into a more senior role.

Entry Requirements

To be considered for this job role you must have transferable skills, including Maths and English at grade C or above.
